Manley Park Primary School is a county school. It consists of two separate buildings to be found on two sites.
The Infant Department is on York Avenue. It comprises of six classrooms, a large nursery, assembly hall, staff room, kitchen, administrator’s office and a multi-purpose suite. There is a hard surfaced playground with play equipment and a sealed area. There are also additional play areas at the back of the school in the form of logs and tyres.
At the infant department there is a small unit that is used for the Birth to Three Sessions that the school offers. The building comes with toilets, kitchen and a small meeting room.
The Junior Department is on College Road. It comprises of a two-storey wing of eight classrooms, an assembly hall, computer suite, staff room, small teaching area, kitchen, administrator’s office and a concourse. Outside there is a hard surfaced playground to one side, whilst on the other there is a most attractive garden with a large number of mature trees. There are additional play areas at the bottom of the playground, where we have a walled playground, which is dedicated to sporting activities.
Within the junior campus is a self-contained unit with toilets, kitchen, small meeting area and a classroom. This is used by the school and the community for meetings and classes.
