Complaints

As a school we aim to provide a safe and secure environment. If any complaints arise we aim to be fair, open and honest when dealing with them. Please use the documentation below to support any concerns you may have.

Informal Resolution

Concern is raised informally with the Class Teacher or relevant member of staff team.

Formal Complaint

Stage 1- Complaint investigated by the Headteacher

Complete the form below or request a paper copy from the school office.

Stage 2- Complaint investigated by the Complaints Appeal Panel ( the School Governors).

Complete stage 2 complaints form (found below.) Paper copies are available from the school office.

If an electronic copy is being used return this to communication@manleypark.com FAO of the Complaints Clerk.

If a paper copy is being used then deliver this to the school office addressed to the Complaints Clerk.
